  1. Totally 100% agree on the tankbusters, I actually liked how much more involved it felt to tank and I am guessing it felt more involved for healers too.

  2. I don't think the tier is too crazy but doing PF and not searching for a week 1 static was a mistake.
I cleared 5-7S week 1 and got reclears but progging on 8S in PF is impossible, I actually started looking for a static because of it.

  3. While I agree with the tankbuster, I also felt cheap with the stage of the paladin as one of the weakest tank at the moment. If you invuln the hit, the DoT still hit hard because you did not mitigate the bleed even though Hallowground has very long cooldown. In addition, shelton block also does not mitigate the DoT damage too.

Personally, FFXIV charm was always you can play whatever you want, I feel that current tier you can not do totally off-meta comp and hit the DPS check for the door boss.

  4. don’t really agree on your take on job balance since you only had a few poor performers on your team. unless you are saying that it’s ok for some comps to be unable to beat the check. like a pld/war/ast/sge/mch/rdm/rpr/smn combo

  5. Fuck p6. The mechanics are indistinguishable to me and I can't remember which is which because they all look the same but each has different solutions and… Just fuck p6. P5 and 7 were awesome. Currently working on door boss with static, really enjoying it right now.

  6. I've only gotten a bit into p7s so far, but I'm having a lot of fun healing this tier. They definitely made it harder on healers, and requires more thought and resource management, which has been an excellent experience
