It’s truly a delight to see it’s an entire encounter rather than being split down the middle. Makes the fight feel more intense when it’s all or nothing in that sort of circumstance.

This being a full fight makes more sense than a door boss. But I do think door bosses should be a thing for the last raid tier of the expansion. You're basically getting 5 fights

last time i raided was when abyssos came out and i did 5s-7s in the first week but i have not raided since my group perma disbanded on 2nd phase p8s. Idk if i will ever get back into it, im not even geared anyway.

Nice to see the transition happen in combat rather than being a scene based one. Cool as they are those were a pain for folks with timer upkeep.
So they finally realized that titan was like the best version of a transforming phase ever and did it again.

Single fight pros: More intense, more demanding, more satisfying on win
Door boss pros: you see the transformation less(making it more special), reclears go smoother, you can use camerawork for cutscenes.
