Hearing this for the first time gave me hope the credits song was gonna be another tearjerker like Tomorrow and Tomorrow or Flow. Even if that didn't turn out, I can imagine it quite well based off this track.

Say what you want about the MSQ, but you have to admit DT has some very nice music.
Got to confess; I hadn't cried through the FFXIV MSQ until I reached Dawntrail. Sure a lot of sad moments and such, but no one of it really hit me that hard. Everyone is different in what tug at their heartstrings obviously… Dawntrail got me crying twice. some stuff just hits closer to home.
