  1. The coins it's ok. I mean, if you think you play the game for long time, even if they force you to buy more coins than the 30 Sub required, you can save the extra and you spend it on the future. The Game pass requirement is scamy here.
    Also, to answer the question why coins exist. It's simple. MS want to make profit from everything part of FF xiv. They forced you to pay Gamepass meanwhile you play on SE servers and now the coin. 30% or less goes to MS bank.

  2. Why can't you just have a simple subscription process that is managed by the Microsoft account?
    They had this weird system years ago on PlayStation that didnt work well. As a result i didnt sub.
    Looks like history is repeating itself.

  3. Pc and PlayStation also had crysta that you can use for game time. For Xbox it’s coins instead of crysta I believe. Forcing you to be on game pass as well is just another evil thing done by Microsoft

  4. Fun fact you don't have to have game pass you just get a free starter edition if you are also it was announced if you log on to your account on your pc you can just use regular credit card or whatever you want

  5. They lost 2 billion in 2022. They are expected to have lost almost 2 billion nore when they release thier 2023 numbers in april.

    They have a budget gap the size of Maines GDP to fill. Microsoft will get every thing it wants if SE wants to get xbox players sub money

    No xbox players to fill that gap if you dont pay Daddie Phil what is owed to Daddie Phil
