2. One problem you had on Garuda was partly your fault. Try to avoid using standard step the moment that the adds spawn. For example at 55:30 and at 58:00 in the video. It is one of the strongest aoe attacks in the game (stronger than even most single target attacks), so it makes the 2 adds go immediately go to you. Delay using it until the offtank has pulled one add to the side. An example of you doing better is at 1:00:33
