Do several runs of PotD and a few runs of HoH. Learn just how to use the class at least okay then boost and youll know the class.
If you're really too impatient to reach end-game normally and don't care about the story then sure, boost away i guess. Just take some time to learn how to play your class/job and do some basic research about the game's mechanics before hopping into harder group content.
Also don't go around trash-talking stuff you have never experienced or don't understand because of the boost, like a certain someone in recent memory. Things like that generally don't go over very well, and you've only got yourself to blame for the backlash that follows.
Yo I got multiple 80s but I have been and will continue to boost my healers. I really dont care to play/grind a healer but I might acc play Sage coz it appeals to me.
Would never recommend boosting as a first timer or inexperienced player though you'll just cuck yourself.
Arms Length slows the enemy?!
My opinion: If you boost, for the love of God play the low level content to learn what you are doing before you go into high level content cause the game is built onto of itself.
if your boost your a pay2win scrub who knows nothing about the game…. it's like reading a book from ther last page your a moron.
WHO GIVES A FUCK WHAT A STRERAMER THINKS? IT'S JUST 1 FUCKING OPINIONS WORTH AS MUCH AS ANY OTHER FUCKERS
What the fuck do you mean arms length slows enemy attacks wait hold up go back
To be fair Final Fantasy games have ALWAYS been bad at explaining battle mechanics in tutorials it’s kinda their thing 😂
You can also boost and go back make a new character and do the story afterwards. Why are people even complaining?
If the good writers drop out, so will I!
yyeeeaaahh… I didn't know about that Arms Length thing until like a week ago and I'm lvl 70 :/
if you play the game and decide to skip because you can't handle the slow paced story you're allowed to say the story is bad. it literally pushed you to pay money in order to skip it. it's subjective but it's still a valid opinion.
In my opinion, don’t judge what you havent seen or done in full. Skip through the story? It’s a crying shame but okay you do you. Buy your way to level 80 on a job? It will be harder to learn but sure I can see the grinding being painful. But if you do these options, you lose the right to call either of them trash or garbage since you haven’t experienced them. That’s what made me and so many other players livid when that streamer skipped through the story ENTIRELY (like since before sastasha was it?) and did end game content without knowing mechanic and then having the GAL to flame other people for his mistakes. If you storyskip or level boost you have no longer the right to voice your opinion about it, whether it be good or bad.
Also I see that league of legends championship hoodie buddy😏
My thing, boost if you want, but if you try and talk smack about the story and don't even take time to read tooltips or what mechanics do, then don't cry when the Potato Nation rolls up, strikes you swiftly behind the knees and drags you up and down these internet streets.
Having opinion is one thing, but having unjustified opinion is not. Quinn skipped entire story, then said that "story sucks" literally. Thats not any opinion.
Its same as i would watch a trailer of a movie that is extremely loved, got many oscars, told to be best movie in the world. And after i have watched the trailer i say, "in my opinion this movie kinda sucked"
as long as you don't waste my time by first timing a job (without trying it on a dummy first) in higher-level content than what the job starts with I'm fine with it
(also, doing one opener on a dummy and just hopping into savage is not cool either)
and yeah don't comment on content you didn't experience
Boosting is a fucking problem starting from WoW
tbh the way that the game introduces new skills goes against how i learn. ie: i was turned off playing black mage for the longest time because i just really couldn't understand what to do with it. so. natural conclusion i bought a level boost for it. now, after getting most of my skills (well now all of them) it is my favorite class.
Not gonna lie, I have three level 80 tanks and my WAR is like 72 or some shit, and I JUST figured out that Arms Length has a slow effect YESTERDAY lmao
Everybody is passionate about his favorite thing but what people need to learn is that this is in the end just a game and a game for everyone. If max just wants to play the endgame the guy is more than welcome to do so. I mean the guy as a world first raider in wow. That's like telling a professional racedriver to get a new driving license if he wanna try out a different kind of race
