Soken (then writer) performed this on stage with two Otamatone's and a microphone for vocals.
As for the language, it's Ronkan. A lost civilization that had it's centre in the Rak'Tika Greatwood. "Civilizations" refers to the Ronkan Empire/Civilization.
Also, La-Hee means "Wake up" in ronkan, and was used as a common greeting.

I think for me the unsyncopated background to the main lyrics just really threw me off and made me stop and listen more.
And there's for sure a bit of uncertainty in Rak'tika Greatwood OST and it's certanily for a good reason considering ShB's story. Great video!
