Who there hang out with I NV had that promblem
I remember ff11 I had to tank as nin so ,
This was a long time coming. DPS players need to stop pulling everything and expecting the tank to hold it all.
I let dps and healers tank if I see them pull monsters ahead of me
If you pull extra mobs and bring them back to me I’ll tank em but at the same time don’t get miffed if you die because of your reckless behavior
08:15 – You need tank stance, in many fights you need to swap again before shirk is off cooldown so you turn OFF tank stance instead and turn it back on before the next tank swap comes back up.
for me its a power dynamic similar to when a whm tries to chad you and is a glare mage. how dare you try to assert dominance over me. luckily it mostly only seems to happen at the beginning of an expansion when we only have uncapped tome gear available.
If a tank or healer isn't ok with big pulls you don't do big pulls its that simple, just deal with an extra 2 min people are babies about this subject tbh and idk when the culture switched from that rule to being toxic about wall to wall.
In DF I'm generally on the internet get what I get But, if I know the run went horrible because of my screw ups as a tank I'll world hop to apologize. I had one time I hadn't tanked in a bit and kept fat fingerings my tank stance. Which made it horrible for everyone. So I hopped around the DC told them what was up and apologized.
"You pull, you tank" is the mantra of the absolute shittiest players Ive ever run into.
Tank stance just made tanking boring for me. Unless I raid it's insultingly easy. A far cry from XI and job synergy.
The “You pull it, you tank it” mentality is childish and a prohibited in game behavior.
