I too have tried to get the flag from my retainer, I've wanted it since I saw it being teased before EW came out and despite having several millions at my disposal I'm too much of a cheapo to buy it at current prices.
I've had no luck, tho I guess having only the 2 base retainers and only 1 of em being a combat retainer might be making the farm much slower but that's just how it be, I have no intention of buying additional retainers no matter how much the launcher keeps begging me to
