An hour in character creation means it's one epic character creator. I like that. The Skyrim intro reference still tickles me. XD Ah yes, the ultimate adventurer quest to save the realm by … checks notes …. killing squirrels and ladybugs. XD Those mounts are pretty amazing though. Well played!

welcome to eorzea, i too was a wow player from TBC up to legion, i orginally played ARR upon its release but stopped due to being too busy with wow and irl, got back into ff14 last september and can honestly say its incredible, the story is arguably the greatest final fantasy story out of any of the numbered final fantasy's though it does get off to a slow start, due to the incredible amount of world and character base building, once u hit the expansions it just takes off like a rocket and never really slows down
So nostalgic <3 love seeing new people take your time and have fun!
Why does nobody look around… and see the armor vendor right next to the NPC who tells you to get gear? XD XD XD
