  1. An organic interview is always better because you can have a list of questions prepared, but at the same time you may ask a question in response to an interviewee statement that you may not have thought about before but it would be really on-point.
    An interview where questions are pre-defined is less of an interview and more of a solo pre-meditated statement from the company. Which is also OK, don't get me wrong, but it kind of defeats the purpose of having an interviewer there.

  2. Another nice thing about the trust system's party members is they are programmed with the mechanics already in mind so by watching them do it you can relatively quickly figure out what the mechanics are.
    Without worrying that you slow down other players or annoy them. Which is not really an issue much anyway BUT some folks like me like having one less thing to worry about on the first run.

  3. With the TRUST system you learn the mechanic of the dungeons better too, because your npc team know what to do and when to do. Just follow them where they move if mechanics happen, which you might otherwise not noticed.
