While I've never expected much from a patch, this is pretty dry and there's still zero reason to sub.

I just don't think they expected a mass exodus from their game to other games. I'm not even sure if Yoshida has any grip on the product or if it's Square breathing down his neck. Either way, the game is in a poor state and in dire need of nutrition.
Summoner needs – Ifrit dmg up, Titan dmg taken down, Garuda skill and spell speed up movement speed up, Phoenix is good with the regen, Bahamut Crit or DHit up and leave Solar alone.
