EDIT: In summary, Yoshi-P doesn't want to release news that is half-assed and wanted something more clear and understandable instead of vague. Also, personally, he find that putting small news to hype will usually make him get tired of it in the end so he rather not do it and as of now, he feels that even by TGS, it is still not ready for any news release.
