  1. To be fair, if you get praetorium in the MSQ roulette, that's to be expected. Before the rework of 2.0 content MSQ roulette was only 1 of 2 8 man dungeons. Now it's been changed into 1 of 4 dungeons (and 3 of those Dungeons are Praetorium). MSQ roulette and the insane bonuses it has wasade exclusivly for veteran players to play with sprouts through those dungeons with enough rewards to incentives play.

  2. I'm sure your chat or mods told you but to cover bases. The act of standing in a raid mechanic to try and get a bit more damage on the boss is called 'Greeding/Greed'. It's an effort to try and linger in a mechanic as long as possible before moving away to increase your personal damge on the boss by a few more %.

Before the rework that lets you use your ranged attacks between a combo without interrupting the ongoing combo itself, 'Greeding was an action mostly done by Melee DPS (or BLM cause leylines and cast bars) who would try to keep their combos active for as long as possible then try to escape before the AoE snapshot catches you in the danger space.

  4. I don't know how Pint does it, but he can cover multiple bases with almost nothing but humor and then pull out a surprisingly heartwarming end that leaves my eyes watering alongside the smile on my face.

Also (since I don't know if anyone in your chat explained it) the main reason a GPose with a Carbuncle out is considered "suss" is because through the use of "crimes" (what g-posers who use graphical mods refer to their mods as) you can turn that carbuncle into someone else in the GPose, often for very spicey results. It's one of many tools at the disposal of a NSFW GPoser to actually do some very impressive things that kind of push the game's graphics to the breaking point at times. That having been said, the spice involved is not always for horny reasons. Some people do it because it helps boost their confidence, some do it because it lets them feel sexy and empowered for far cheaper than getting an IRL make over would cost, some trans folks do it because it gives them a way to idealize themselves in a way they might not be able to yet in their transition, etc.
