Hi haps, hope you’re doing well!
Part of me thinks Golbez is one of the dragon's eyes walking around in a human form like Vritra has. You can see one eye through the helmet, and it lights up when he does magic. But we also see him talk to himself about the dragon alone while in an echo flashback. And it'd be weird to refer to yourself in the third person when you're alone.
can i get the golbez as a wallpaper somewhere?

I'm going on record now, Golbez has been feeding off of the dragon and he's gonna turn into a dragon during the fight.
I actually don't think that blue coloring in front of Golbez is a crystal, but is actually a bit of flame from the dragon's open mouth behind the seat.
The crystal that Golbez is holding has a light purple hue to it. Purple being the color that is used for darkness, I'd guess that it's either just a crystal of darkness, or a crystal of light that is being consumed by darkness. Also, yes tomestones for the relic weapon.

That's definitely Azdaja, has the beak and the same horn curvature. It's just heavily corrupted in the face.
