key spells: Healer Mimicry (#77), Angel’s Snack (#88), Basic Instinct (#91) , Mighty Guard (#30), Ram’s Voice (#33), Ultravibration (#92), Tail Screw (#40), Pom Cure (#58) and whatever high DPS spells you have.
good spells: hydro pull (pulls monsters for UV) and AoE DPS primal/raid/trial spells (J-Kick, Nightbloom, Phantom Flurry, etc.)
I did this on past Moogle Treasure Trove events when I wasn’t feeling like using PF, and I feel it might be a solid choice even with a regular party and only one BLU to farm with friends (or even PF).
I’m pretty sure it’s not the most efficient way to farm tomes, and if I learn something new when the event is live (April 24th) I’ll try to update with a new video! (I suspect one of the alexander raids might be the BLU cheese way to farm fast).

Tam-Tara Deepcroft (Hard)'s bosses are all immune to Missile (flat health damage spells), so I believe that one is out of question.
Hullbreaker Isle has a few annoyances (stone tablets, forced walls) and only first boss is vulnerable to Missile, also think it's a no.
I think Alexander might not be a good option either (for PF, that is). Not much you can cheese on the fights other than having a strong BLU composition (fully loaded with strong spells).
I could be wrong.
