I've tried probably every MMO. There is not substitute for wow, but that's starting to change….just not with FFXIV, that game is more for people who like being in goldshire.
Watching what's going on with the people who stopped playing wow and the fans that follow them like brainless zombies…it's like watching a swarm of locusts devour everything.
As a consequence, FFXIV is reacting to it's player surge, by spending a lot of money to upgrade their servers. You guys aren't going to be around that long.
So, they are about to throw a lot of money out the window, and you are the cause of it.
Also….this YouTuber is just a guy who turns on his webcam and talks to himself. I'd do the same, but comments like "asmondgold is so talented, he deserves his success"….idk if that's being facetious….I think it is, but it's probably not which is just f**kin sad.
