  3. Great video. You got yourself another subscriber. Watching your experiments with legacy movement using mouse and keyboard made me experiment a bit. While keeping legacy on, and Activate standard type auto flight/dive off, if you set your key binds appropriately, you can get the best of both worlds. As a healer, I'm mouse focused on target healing and damage, so I think being able to move quickly one handed in dungeons and raids is crucial to get out of bad stuff while keeping my mouse cursor around the party list. Being able to backup quickly makes Legacy a must for me, but I also struggled with flight and camera freedom.

I key bind move left and right to Shift+A and Shift+D. Set strafe to both Q/A and E/D. Set toggle auto run to Shift+W. With this arrangement, you can get really close to intuitive movement and flight with camera freedom. Use auto run when running or flying and you get your free camera, with a quick tap of the w key to stop as desired. Give that a shot and see what you think…

  4. I definitely prefer legacy type movement for my controller setup but one thing I really hate is that you seemingly can’t disable camera auto adjust, not only does it just annoy me but it genuinely hurts my eyes sometimes.

  5. I like the idea of KBM with legacy controls, as it combines with the auto-face target option seamlessly.
However I cannot seem to find a way to change the camera from panning, to moving with the character when going left/right – this panning causes extreme nausea very quickly and thus is a deal breaker.
The only solution appears to be holding the right mouse button when moving, which is a massive hassle.
I don't really want to use 3rd party programs, is there an alternative option I have overlooked?
    Thanks much.
