10th like! Started in stormblood too. The last expansion with the fun complex tank mechanics. It definitely was cool how canonically the OG players were immortalized(They all have tattoos as proof they survived 1.0!).

@6:26 tbh, thats a red herring point to make. trusts make it seem that people who play with it wont learn but thats not the actual reason why they dont learn. they dont learn because they are selfish, entitled, and dont care. they cant simply read their tooltips, they cant simply watch a video, they simply cant ask a friend/fc/in-game player. they cant be asked to do their homework and when the class all get As for it, they blame the system and class but not themself

Oh god Trin your complaints reminded me of when I had a RDM who did nothing but spam their single-target abilities and barely ever used their melee combo.

I wouldn't worry about the trust thing making people not get out of aoe's. if you die with trust it doesn't matter if the npcs are alive, you just wipe. at least the players will not have the habit unlike a lot of people in df already
I literally had a new GNB tank who didn't know how to do AOE attacks and would turn off tank stance. Mobs destroyed my ass as healer. we didn't give up even after getting our shit pushed in multiple times. Good luck to the Bard main who tried tanking. Read your skills, set hot bar for use and the big thing practice.
