yeah.., we NA players can be trash.., but once a dev has shown and continues to shown once.., that they care for the game.., and have done well and beyond for their consumers..,
theyll stick to them till the end..,
but one major inexcusable slip.., they are done for..,
we are unforgiving..,
there are exceptions though..,[maliciously eyes the plug to the copium machine leading to the copium ward that
beepsMaze filled with ants.., (so wants to pull the plug on them, and watch em struggle)]a game can fail.., but it can rise again..,
some change their whole companies culture, and work hard for their consumers enjoyment..,
others need to sell off their ip, and bring out a new installment before trying again at another mmo..,
getting mad at the devs over patch notes is ridiculous..,
since things can always change faster in such circumstances..,
[but not as ridiculous as a company beating their fans on social media.., or that those fans still held on to them for that long til now.., still stockholmed]

It always hurts to see people so rude to the developers of FFXIV. These people put a lot of time and effort in making sure our experience is the best and they and Yoshi-P deserve the praise they get from every self-respecting player. They provided us a world we can escape to when reality has us down. We owe them our gratitude.
Samurai are complaining about a cast bar?
I mean BLM lost enochian and my pea brain still can't wrap my head around it being a passive and my aoe rotation upgraded to 4 buttons suddenly but you don't see me hurling insults at the developers.
All I hear from those comments is "Nooo you have to adjust Samurai because it must be the most powerful job with the katana that is the superior weapon that can cut clean through steel because it is folded over a thousand times, and is vastly superior to any other weapon on Eorzea!!!"

I will praise the devs of ffxiv; but I'll decry the idea of NFTs for anyone who will listen. That idea originated with Square Enix management. It may be indicative of a form of greed that could lead to internal rot that could collapse the structure of a once great company. Game Companies live and die on their player base. They don't want to go down the path that Blizzard has. Or if we want to pull proper historical examples… Atari. What would Square Enix' ET look like?
I have to agree. The amount of toxic players I get to interact with every day is skyrocketing. Very off putting and you just are forced to take a break in hopes they will get bored soon and leave FF14 for other games.
It is absolutely insane how even half of the redditors on the thread thought Yoshi is talking about Xeno. They did not know how toxic those JP players are when their identities are hidden, Xeno's joking-mannered rants are much more polite compared to those.
Being anonymous on internet has reduced accountability for people because you can't get punished for anything you say rudely to people on the internet, but we should be aware that that random person on the internet is a human being and has feelings.
