  1. I got the outfit, dyed the top black and then dyed my Hakuko Mirror Brass to match the design on the back 😀 (have been using the PVP astro globe since before the outfit) When you stowe it, the images match up

  2. I love the flower shower, I am totally getting that.

I had wanted the Alphinaud hairstyle since launch so when they offered his outfit and hairstyle on the cash shop I was stoked to try it, but was super sad to see some of my favorite helms ruined by clipping. There is a sprout of my bangs that comes right through my Moogle Mask, and the cherry blossom hairpieces tend to clip or disappear.

I don't know which model/race they use to design these things on, but I wish just a tiny bit more attention was paid to things like this.

  3. IIRC those headbands were as type of a very light helm by city guard, warrior monks or ninja, not something that would block a solid strike from a battlefield weapon but something that could prevent your forehead from being cut (and thus causing you to bleed into your eyes) from a knife slash or similar.

  4. "The emblem on the back doesn't dye, unfortunately." – To this, I need to say that they actually did very well with the dye channels on this one. Normally they screw those up, but only the bits that should be dyed are actively part of the dye channels on this outfit. I imagine the sash on the Hakama dyes as well, and I'm kinda 50/50 on whether it would be good or not. All depends on the shades.

  5. That "headband" is a hachimaki. It protects the forehead. Otherwise a slash to the forehead would have blood going into your eyes while in battle. That's the main use of it.

  6. Bought the clothes instantly. However they literally just made an item you can obtain in game, an emote they are now selling for 7$ … I think square might be running out of ideas.

  7. Just want to say that I really appreciate these deep dives into the mogstation outfits. Frankly, they're pretty expensive so it's great to actually see what the individual pieces look like, how they dye, etc. As for this outfit, the top is very nice but the rest (especially the pants and the shoes) feel a lot like stuff we can already get in game. I can't see paying the asking price just for a top.
And for the emote? It's nice but, again, not really worth the price. I do find it really odd they chose to use the coin toss sound effect. I'm not sure what a good sound for tossing flower petals would be but tossing around coins certainly isn't it.

  8. Looks nice! Since SE likes to add outfits from various cultures to the shop, I would like to see them add a Mariachi outfit. You could probably make some sick Bard glamour with that.

  9. Sadly the headpiece clips badly. But on a good note, was able to mix the bottom of this outfit with the Moonfire Faire Hingan-ish swimsuit in Ceruleum Blue to create a take on Senji Muramasa (Alter, kinda? lol) from FGO. 🙂

  10. Ugh, that's rough. Only one caracter can use an Emote bought. I did buy one, but forgot who was active at that time and i have not seen anything from Moogles. Therefor i sent in a ticket for support and they responded the next day with a short mail and a link I can use when the issue is solved. it is not, so I kinda expect the money is lost. Do You have an idea what I can do to get to use the Emote? (Flip Backwards)
