The art of balance. Healing in FFXIV sometimes is less obvious than it seems, when applicable you should always let your heal over time effects tick– but the problem is this isn’t always are apparent how strong these effects REALLY ARE.
Especially with the introduction of the Sage in Endwalker that rewards you for DPSing as much as possible it’s more important than ever to acknowledge regens and their true potential!

Looking more forward to reaper videos on the 13th than anything I really want a melee to enjoy but I dont vibe with monk/samurai, I hate dragoon armor and Ninja is a Dex class and if Im dex Id rather play the Aimers bc they ARENT melee lol.
I just wanna see the beegdeeps Sage skill. I play healer 87% of the time so "heal x potency" isnt super exciting but what support skills healers get are much more interesting.
I play Ast as a main the closest we have to a restro druid. Stacking Celestial opposition and aspected helios is beautiful
Typically as a regen healer as long as the tank is 50% over they are fine unless there TB coming in
In dungeons i really like to supplement sacred soil with whispering dawn on big pulls. That's 120 potency from whispering dawn, 100 potency and 10%DR from sacred soil, and 150 potency from embrace. You can just keep spamming Arts of war with this. If you need more just keep an excog ready.
This combo is available every 60 seconds anyway, so basically every big pull.
The real question is… Who would pick Eos over Selene? :/
