  1. I have to admit, I have been considering moving on from 14. This…. may be a ways off, but it'll keep me onboard for a while longer. It seems to be the content I actually wanted to begin with. Let's see what they've got.

  2. Why not make the world exploration more important? Like finding treasure chests in a cave or something like that. Dawntrail was beautiful in term of design but bro, these new maps always has felt empty since heavensward. You can't deny the particular differences between ARR and HW. ARR has a lot more consistent and living world building than all DLC after.

  3. On the topic of Funny Indicators and Downtime mechs, I can understand the frustration of downtime mechs. Mostly from the perspective of accidently starting my DPS rotation right as it starts, and I miss out on DPS XD The Funny Indicators issue is…. not something I understand, and it just sounds like grumpy, no-fun players being the Vocal Majority. The HBL Hearts were adorable and I want more of those XD

  4. Let's hope they learned from Bozja and create a system of rewards that change every week to keep this content alive. If not we will have within the first two weeks dozens of guides to optimize the content and people use them to rush through it and it becomes a wasteland after a couple monts.

  5. I'm going to be busy playing MHWilds, so I'm not psyching myself up for content that could quite possibly be less than how it's being addressed or presented to us.
    They did that for Dawntrail's debut, after all. We'll see what we get when it gets here.

  6. But will any of it be casual or midcore content? That's the part that's going to determine if people come back and stay or not, of if even more non-hardcore players leave because the 8 month drought turned into a year-long one.

  7. I'm at least hoping Cosmic and Triangle will give me something to do other than alliance, fate grinds and treasure hunts. I know x.1 patches are usually barren, but since DT's launch it's been particularly hard to find interest in all the content geared towards hardcore players like the Savage, Chaotic and Ultimate raids.

    That being said, I usually don't like Eureka or Bozja but I never got into them when they were new, so I'm gonna try jumping into Triangle at launch to see if that catches my interest. Maybe I'll pick up Beast Master too, idk.

  8. Translation: we're going to make content even more difficult and complicated than the difficulty hike from 6x to 7 content, so if you're already struggling then give up all hope now.

  9. I know there's a lot of game for new players and free players, but I feel that there's never anything added to the game for these people. Whenever they add stuff to the game, it's only end game content. Sure, that's where a lot of people are at, but if they never focus on ALL players, then how can they appeal to everyone? I've stopped playing content since I can't pay for sub and if I did I could never play again if I couldn't afford to keep subbing, and the game is way too expensive for my current situation. All said, it's just not appealing to starters or people who just can't afford to play such an expensive endeavour….

All I have to say to majority of people in the comments, it truly shows yall don't do any research on anything Yoshi P has said throughout the fanfests, or where content release dates or timeframes are mentioned. None of this is new information lmfaoo, he has said all of this at the fanfests. Everyone was hype as hell back then, now everyone wants to act like this shit is a surprise & that he should've been said something sooner? such fake ass fans, good lord….

  11. If that shiz comes out 7.25 I’m going to lose my mind! We’ve had enough damn 1 room 1 boss raids… put the new damn raid 7.25 and give us field exploration 7.2. A damn year of the same shiz is killing me….

The question at the end of your video got me thinking and I realized that nothing gets me excited in FFXIV LLTs anymore, its been the same formula for years and we got used to it especially if you're someone who only do Savage and Ultimates like me and looking at how they are trying so hard to make them easier over the years, I don't understand the approach here, we have dungeons that are boring to death, and EX-NM-Chaotic these are already easy and accessible so why are they trying to make savage and ultimate even easier ''We're not making another TOP'', I def want more and more of TOP my style of play is someone who thrives in chaos and difficulty and they are trying to serve everyone except people like me.
    I love game devs who try their best to satisfy everyone in their game just like how Blizzard started to do in the recent years with WoW, everyone eats good in that game but in FFXIV as a raider we have to do a savage tier for almost a year (with Weekly lockouts…) and in one of the patches they throw an ultimate in between but instead of making them interesting and challenging they choose to go the opposite way which is sad. I really hope they don't give us another savage tier that is cleared in few hours and an ultimate that is cleared in 3/4 days.

  13. Well field exploration won't be til 7.25 as usual. About time they added more content for normal people, but knowing the pattern the last few years it will end up being rubbish as they haven't released much good since ShB

  14. So, basically, same stuff as before. New Raid, new cosmic exploration (like Endwalker isle exploration i presume). Did they address the data leak on their side? Or the issue is solved by giving out a legal advice to the modder?

    Want to be excited but can't. It is getting stale. Yoshi needs to do better in all honesty. He can do, if he wants to…..
