So I am here to share all that information so you can get a house quick and know exactly how to claim and keep your box of shame.

"1st Step Choosing a Locale", I wish. Step 1 is hoping a house auto demolishes and figuring out where the bidding war will happen. This last period there were 4 houses available and as of now only 1 has opened up for this next cycle.
If your FC house gets a demolish notification, your FC shouldn’t have a house. I feel that’s a waste of an FC house that could be used by bigger FCs. That’s just my take.

I Think that they should make a Free Company Island sanctuary that we could all work on and build a house, then it would be an instance so no more housing problem

First you save at least 3.5 million gil for a small house. Second Win the housing lottery. Third- pay attention to your e-mails because you will always get a demolition notice. 4th- in distant corners can find a small house across from a market board with it's own summoning bell they are few and far between.
Is a house affordable for an average FF14 player? Or is a lot of grind necessary?

Hi, house buyers! Just here to suggest that you keep an eye on the market board for the housing permits! I managed to buy my medium housing permit at lower than HALF of the price from someone reselling their permit! They sold theirs at 420,000 gil— I basically bought a medium permit for the price of a small! Great way to save money! Just make sure to not buy permits that are overpriced!
Hopefully with the housing coming up more people can get a chance at a house or FC house. I have one of both myself and an apartment. Decorating them and inviting guests over is always a fun experience.
Ok, now that i know how to buy a house, I only need a way to get the necesary gil to buy a house.

Even just a personal home area tied to a character, like a house boat, where you can set up gardening plots and stuff too, or like a house inside a crystal, or another plane, there's so many options

Are you able to exit the game by sleeping in the bed or access the glamour chests and all the stuff you do in the rooms in the major cities? I was disappointed with my apartment after I got it. If the house is beneficial, can we sell the apartment we purchased once we have one?

Can you teleport to your house for free or do u have to physically get there every time or pay for teleport
